Ready to buy a home? Agents are here to help.
How to get started
We firmly believe that the best place to start when buying a home is with a Realtor. Yes we’re obviously biased, but it’s like a cheat code for your brain. Don’t understand the loan process? Ask your agent. Not sure if the house is priced right? Ask your agent. Don’t know the process start to finish? Your agent will answer all of that for you. Instead of spending hours and hours researching houses, how to buy a home or what your financial options are… Just skip the line and call your agent.

Negotiation and Contract
It may take a few tries to get it just right, but hang in there. You’re on your way!
In most cases the contract provides you with a timeline to obtain financing, as well as the time to inspect the physical condition of the home. We will inform you of all your rights and responsibilities related to the contract.
You and the Seller have agreed to the price and terms. The home is effectively held up for you until closing.
Perform due diligence, order the appraisal, conduct an inspection, and review terms with the lender.
PREPARING FOR CLOSING
You will be finalizing your loan, reviewing documents, and discussing the findings from the inspection. Your agent will be managing this entire process for you.
